Rudy Malayil, MD, is a pain medicine physician at Pain Management 360, with offices in Huntington, Hurricane, and Charleston, West Virginia. 

Dr. Malayil attended Kasturba Medical College in Manipal, one of the top medical schools in India. He completed an internship in general surgery at NewYork-Presbyterian / Weill Cornell Medical Center in New York City, followed by residency training in physical medicine and rehabilitation at NYU Grossman School of Medicine. 

After his time in residency, he pursued pain medicine fellowships at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine and the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center East Campus in New York City. Following his fellowship experiences, Dr. Malayil went to work in a private practice in Maryland before practicing in Huntington, West Virginia. He has been serving patients in the area since 2015.

Dr. Malayil is an active member of the North American Neuromodulation Society, American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, the American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians, and the West Virginia Medical Cannabis Advisory Board. He is passionate about clinical education, and has held social events to teach physicians about pain management. As a past clinical instructor for NYU Medical Center, he is always striving for clinical excellence. 

He has also worked on research projects and has several publications in the field of pain management. In addition, he works with multiple companies in teaching and training physicians about new treatments and proper techniques. Dr. Malayil is dedicated to developing individualized treatment plans that help every unique patient achieve a better quality of life.
