About
Rudy Malayil, MD, is a pain medicine physician at Pain Management 360, with offices in Huntington, Hurricane, and Charleston, West Virginia.
Dr. Malayil attended Kasturba Medical College in Manipal, one of the top medical schools in India. He completed an internship in general surgery at NewYork-Presbyterian / Weill Cornell Medical Center in New York City, followed by residency training in physical medicine and rehabilitation at NYU Grossman School of Medicine.
After his time in residency, he pursued pain medicine fellowships at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine and the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center East Campus in New York City. Following his fellowship experiences, Dr. Malayil went to work in a private practice in Maryland before practicing in Huntington, West Virginia. He has been serving patients in the area since 2015.
Dr. Malayil is an active member of the North American Neuromodulation Society, American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, the American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians, and the West Virginia Medical Cannabis Advisory Board. He is passionate about clinical education, and has held social events to teach physicians about pain management. As a past clinical instructor for NYU Medical Center, he is always striving for clinical excellence.
He has also worked on research projects and has several publications in the field of pain management. In addition, he works with multiple companies in teaching and training physicians about new treatments and proper techniques. Dr. Malayil is dedicated to developing individualized treatment plans that help every unique patient achieve a better quality of life.

About
Throughout her nursing career she has worked on heart and vascular stepdown unit and in the operating room as a circulating RN. Once completing her FNP she was presented with an opportunity to become the Nurse Manager in the operating room at Cabell Huntington Hospital.
Kimberly finds immense joy in engaging with and caring for patients, so she took a leap of faith when she was presented an opportunity to practice in the field of her dreams; pain management. Kimberly believes each patient needs to be heard and strives to be compassionate and supportive, which is beneficial in treating a person’s pain. She enjoys improving patients’ quality of life and increasing their ability to participate in activities.

About
Annette obtained her Associate degree in Nursing from St. Mary’s School of Nursing in Huntington, WV. After graduation, she began her career at CAMC General in Charleston, WV, in the Neuroscience Intensive Care Unit. She and her husband moved to Virginia and she continued her career in Neuro Trauma Intensive Care Unit at Winchester Medical Hospital in Winchester, VA and later at the University of Virgnia in Charlottesville, VA. She also practiced in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit at UVA and subsequently became the unit manager. During her time in Virginia, she also obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, VA
Annette and her husband moved back to West Virginia in 2008. At that time, she was employed by Cabell Huntington Hospital and was one of the 4 original nurses that helped establish the Transfer Center at Cabell Huntington Hospital. During that time, she obtained her Master’s Degree in Nursing from Marshall University, Huntington, WV. Annette is board certified through the AANP (American Association of Nurse Practitioners).
As a Family Nurse practitioner, Annette has had a diverse background. She has practiced in the Urgent Care genre for 2 years, Addiction Medicine for 2 years, Orthopedics for one year, Hospital Medicine for 8 years, and geriatrics for one and a half years.
Annette has a passion for learning and teaching. She is dedicated to ensuring her patients have an understanding of their diagnosis and treatment options. Annette also believes it is every healthcare professionals duty to continue to grow through learning and teaching others.
